Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ together with Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh Jai Ram Thakur laid the muse stone of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Sirmaur in Himachal Pradesh by way of online mode on Tuesday.

Speaking on the event, Nishank said the Centre had taken determination in 2014 to ascertain seven new IIMs together with IIM Sirmaur to fill the hole between demand and provide of company leaders created by the then present IIMs. He added that on 15th August 2014 it was introduced that the IIM for Himachal Pradesh could be arrange at Dhaulakuan within the Sirmaur district.
