New Delhi: Vitesco Technologies, powertrain enterprise of Continental, has signed a three way partnership partnership with Padmini VNA Mechatronics PVT, to develop powertrain solutions for clean mobility.
The new company ‘PV Clean Mobility Technologies’ will offer chosen powertrain applied sciences for the Indian market that meet the brand new emission normal Bharat Stage VI, Vitesco Technologies said in a launch.
“This not only opens up major growth opportunities for both companies. They are also working hand in hand with their local customers to increase vehicle efficiency and reduce emissions,” the automotive provider said.
Anurag Garg, head of Vitesco Technologies India and board member of the three way partnership defined: “Our commitment to clean air is fully aligned to local legislative norms. Apart from that our “in the market, for the market”- technique ensures that our powertrain applied sciences are inexpensive for native markets. We are excited to working with all main automotive producers in India as their accomplice of selection via this three way partnership.”
As per the company the intention is to create an impressive native provider for the Indian automotive market by combining strengths and experience in joint solutions for clean drive techniques.
Both companions have a 50 p.c share within the three way partnership, which can be based mostly in Gurugram, India.
